Told my Homie that we needed to find a pizza joint that is open late. So I did a search and this place pops up. We went after work and when we stepped in I immediately loved the vibe. We were greeted immediately by our server Andrea who was so nice and after I mentioned to her this was our first time she had a "say less" moment and was completely informative and helpful in explaining the menu and suggesting options. Everything is made to order here, I got a BBQ Chicken King Slice and my Homie got a traditional Pepperoni Pie. Our orders arrived piping hot fresh and so flavorful. They don't skimp on quality here and they have the knack of a perfectly crafted pizza with a flavorful crispy crust. If you're looking for ambience and excitement you won't find it here but if you want high quality pizza with trap music and a seriously late night cool vibe, then look no further, Edgewood Pizza is THAT place.

What a great last minute recommendation. I was standing an event at Dad's Garage Theater and arrived an hour early. I asked one of the theater employees for close walkable restaurants and they recommended Edgewood Pizzaria. It was wonderful. A lovely woman named Easter quickly engaged me in conversation, and was genuinely interested in what I was doing in the neighborhood and made me feel right at home. I got the queen size slice with a large Greek Salad. The pizza was outstanding. This slice was all about the toppings, and deliciously served on the thinnest, yet solid crust. I'm not a big bread lover so for me pizza is usually too much bread, too little toppings. But not here!! The salad was standard fair (I would have liked a few more peppericinis!) but a really nice size and premade in a to go container which was perfect since I could only eat half of it. Exceptional pizza in a very cozy neighborhood hangout setting. I'm anxious to return!

First time getting a late night pie on a Saturday and it was excellent! Veggie was loaded with peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives and I think spinach. Pizza was delicious! and I am very critical of NON NYC pizza. Crust was seasoned too! Recommend for a late night pie.

I ordered the bbq chicken pizza and I can't say the bbq sauce is what I expected. The reason for the 4 stars is I can see this being a great pizza using classic red sauce. Most of the time I do these reviews so I know what to order next. Regular cheese future Airiel!

So this is the only pizza joint on the block so it wouldn't be hard to find. It's easy to come in for a slice right off the street. They are made to order so they may take a little longer to make, so just have that expectation. You can see them back there cooking so you know it's going to be hot and fresh when it comes out. They gave a full bar so you could come in for drinks if you were not hungry. They have a bar area and several booths. You would be fine just wandering in because even though it's not the biggest shop, they have plenty of seats. I kept it super simple and ordered a slice and some wings (lemon pepper of course).

I went looking for a pizza spot downtown and my Uber driver recommended it. I'm happy she did! They weren't crowded and me and my friend were able to sit at the bar. The restaurant looks small from outside, but has a bit of space. They play current hip hop music and it's just loud enough where you can still rally and hear one another. The bartender asked what we liked and made us a drink with peach lemonade and crown peach, it was soo good. I ordered a slice of pizza and some hot bbq wings. The wings were crispy and not too wet and the pizza was fluffy and crispy. The food was heaven. This is my go to when I'm in the area and I encourage my friends to stop there as well.

I ended up at Edgewood Pizza on Valentine's Day. Don't ask me how or why but I wanted some pizza and more importantly I wanted some GOOD Pizza! Upon walking in, I was excited to see that Edgewood Pizza wasn't crowded. Listen! If you know this place you know it is always rocking. In any case, we took a seat at the bar and were greeted by the bartender. She smiled and welcomed us in. She advised that she was the only one working and to please bear with her. Her delivery of the message was so genuine that we were willing to wait. I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pizza and fries. Allow me to say this! I have no idea what kind of salt they put on these fries but OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!! These fries were amazingggggggg. LoL!! The pizza was perfectly made. It had the crispy edges, fully melted cheese, well done but not overdone center, and perfectly seasoned. Oh my gosh. This pizza never disappoints. The pepperoni was meaty and had crunchy edges!! This was Love in Pie form. LoL!! Though the bartender was the only employee and had to maintain the tables and bar, her service was stellar. She didn't allow the frustration of being alone to reflect in her delivery of service. Thank you to her for being amazing and providing stellar customer service. Thank you to the cook as well for being able to maintain all the orders and still make an amazing pie. Overall, it goes without saying that I will be back.
